About the company: The company is owned and operated by Matthew Hess in spearfish South Dakota. The company was started in September of 2002 as Limos by Hess and has been consistently providing transportation needs for the tri-state area for over eight years and was recently incorporated to Hess Limousine, Inc. The company is pushing for growth into a seven state region with the goal of providing feasibly priced limousine service to many locations including overbooked proms in big cities, to remote weddings and proms in distant small towns. This new pricing concept will be based on the "minimum pricing zones". The company expects growth in service area and number and size of vehicles including an H2 Hummer and Chrysler 300.
