If we’re booked up, take 10% off your next booking, with proper scheduling and record. 7% tax is added to the total of the run
Decanter (bar stock) alcohol is free. Includes 1 liter each of gin, vodka, and whiskey
Spearfish airport special (pick up and drop off): $50 Spearfish area; $100 Rapid C. Hulett airport special: $200 plus $25/person
Wedding packages:
>1) 12 hour wedding day package=$700 ($60/hr)
>2) Bachelor & Bachelorette parties (5 hours each) and 2 hour wedding day service=$700 ($60/hr)
>3) Packages #1 & #2=$1,200 ($55/hr)
>4) All weekend service, a total of three 12 hour days=$1,800 ($50/hr)
A $150/hour charge will be added for exceeded hours* or a charge of $5.00/minute for the first 19 minutes past the end of service time. After 20 minutes the client will be charged for another hour. These charges depend on time demands of the company during the service. Bookings require a 25% deposit to hold the date. Hours bought day of service are discounted $10/hr with availability.
Payment must be rendered before the start of service. *Exceeded hrs. are unexpected time encroachments of which the client is still receiving service. Example: if the client has booked service until 12:00 A.M. and stays in the bar until 12:15, the client will be booked for exceeded hours. The following is an example of deposit deductions but are not limited to: Spilled drinks, per drink: $50 Law violations and tickets: Double the cost of the ticket Smoking without permission: $150 Smoking damages: $200 Flat screen TV damage-$1200 Leather seat damage-$500 X-box damage-$300 Missing games, controllers, movies-$50 CD player damage-$500 Broken glasses-$10/glass Power window damage (from sitting on the window)$500-$1,000 Window damage-Based on cost of window This is a minor list and does not include cost of service downtime, installation costs, or business hours spent on the matter. These will all be added onto the entire cost of the bill.
