Please review the following terms and agreements pertaining to your Limousine Rental. Rental of limousines and/or other vehicles from HESS LIMOUSINE, INC is subject to the following terms and conditions:
All reservations require a MAJOR CREDIT CARD to be on file.
Unless otherwise specified, the charge-for-service time starts when we arrive at the pick-up location for the predetermined start time. All reservations are a minimum of a two hour charge, unless otherwise specified.
Reservations are finalized upon receipt of a signed contract/agreement, credit card on file, and 50% deposit. Deposits are non-refundable.
Alcoholic beverages are allowed in the vehicle. Passengers are responsible and liable for all open container laws while outside the vehicle.
Service is charged in whole hour increments only.
Airport pickups: Additional charges may incur for waiting time for arriving flights. There is no extra charge for the first 30 minutes of delay. After 30 minutes there is an extra ½ hour charge for every 30 minutes of waiting time; amount charged depends on which vehicle is reserved. For all arriving flights, meet your driver curbside. To avoid a no-show fee please do not leave the airport before calling HESS LIMOUSINE, INC at 605-641-3838 for assistance.
No possession, sale or consumption of any type of narcotics or illegal drugs is permitted. Violations will result in immediate termination of contract and services and forfeiture of all paid deposits and fees for service. Client and renter are responsible for his/her guests, and for any damage to the interior and equipment of the vehicle. This includes but is not limited to: gum, beverage spillage, smoking, vomit, breakage of drink ware & decanters, lights, television, radio, CD player, etc. Repair and replacement of items shall have a minimum charge of at least $100.00 ($10/drink ware). Smoking is prohibited in all of our vehicles and is subject to a minimum of a one hour charge. If anyone gets sick in the vehicle, there is a MINIMUM of a 2 hour clean up charge (per hour charge is based on the rental charge of the vehicle), and the total charge will be the total hours of downtime for the vehicle involved, plus any supplies. All passengers agree to behave in an orderly and well-behaved manner. HESS LIMOUSINE, INC reserves the right to expel any person from the vehicle and/or terminate this contract in the event of a violation of any of these conditions by any passenger. In the event of such early termination, no portion of the rental fees shall be refunded.
No sitting on the bars/on top of seats. No opening of emergency exits. No feet on any of the bar areas. All of these will incur charges.
While we are happy to let you bring various personal items, we do not take any responsibility for items that are left in the vehicle during or after completion of the limousine rental period.
HESS LIMOUSINE, INC shall not be held responsible for late arrival caused by (but not limited to) acts of nature, traffic delays, incorrect pickup and drop-off information, and any situation beyond our control. In the event any part of this contract is declared unenforceable, the remaining provisions of this agreement shall remain in full force and effect.
If the limousine rental is for a minor under the age of (18) eighteen, this agreement must be signed by either a parent or legal guardian over the age of (18).
All vehicles quoted are subject to availability at the time of booking. Rates are subject to change without notice before a reservation is made. A deposit of 50% of the total amount is required at the time of booking. The remaining balance is due before the start of the service.
